dc.description.abstract The recent focus on business practices under neo-liberal economic policies has seen a resurgence of issues about the place and importance of ethics and values. This paper extracts the key components from the literature in order to build a model of value based business operations founded on the concepts of value pluralism and practical wisdom. Furthermore, it suggests a teaching method that incorporates both the individual and organisational perspectives of values and ethics that can be integrated in the pedagogy of university and organisational training.
