dc.description.abstract The article presents the author's comment on the helpful and effective collegial relationships at workplaces. According to the author, the quality of their working lives is at least partially contingent on the quality of the relationships they have with their colleagues in the workplace. It is stated that collegial trust is essential to a smooth and safe work environment and shapes the relationships with colleagues in the workplace.
