dc.description.abstract	This article develops a charging scheme that is simple and easily usable for the users and provides them with the incentives to use only the resources they require. Our scheme has been developed and based on the use of Internet resource and demonstrates how the contributing providers can share the total charge earned by each mobile and wireless services in a fair way. We made a comparison of our architecture with existing architectures and demonstrated that our architecture adopts an accommodating approach for customer which is economically viable for the ISP provider. © 2012 IEEE.	en_US
