This paper introduces a temperature dependent hysteresis model based on a vectorial elemental operator with temperature-sensitive spontaneous magnetization and biaxial anisotropy for the soft ferrites. This model is validated by the substantial agreement between the simulated and measured major hysteresis loops of a soft ferrite sample at different temperatures.
