© 2017 IEEE. This paper presents the design of a monolithic-integrated circularly-polarized antenna-coupled high-Tc superconducting terahertz harmonic mixer. The new mixer has a compact feature that all its relevant components are integrated on one tiny chip, and exhibits enhanced polarization orientation flexibility in coupling THz radiations. This mixer has the potential in practical THz wireless applications.
