pubs.rights-statement	The Federation Council 2018-2020 Delivery Plan is the operational handbook by which the Council, over the next three years, will deliver on the outcomes and objectives outlined in ‘Our Community, Our Opportunity’ - Federation’s Community Strategic Plan. Through our 2016 Community Satisfaction Survey, the community has expressed what they want Federation to be in the coming years. This includes major upgrades to infrastructure through capital works, road maintenance and new community projects. We also engaged the community extensively in 2018 to understand the community’s vision and aspirations for the future of the area. Our challenge as a Council is to meet the community’s expectations and deliver on the objectives of Federation’s Community Strategic Plan. It is clear though, that as a community, Federation faces a number of challenges over the next few years.	en_US
