dc.description.abstract	© 2018 IEEE. There is a growing interest among organizations in adopting DevOps approach for IoT (Internet of Things) applications. However, the challenge is: how to apply DevOps when a multi-cloud heterogeneous environment is required for IoT application. This paper aims to addresses this important challenge and proposes a DevOps Reference Architecture (DRA) to deploy IoT-applications on multi-cloud. The proposed architecture is evaluated by the means of a case study, which involves deploying an IoT application on the chosen set of clouds. The results of this initial evaluation indicate that the proposed architecture would help practitioners and researchers to understand the usefulness and applicability of DevOps approach on multi-cloud platform for automating IoT application deployment.	en_US
