Some articles include date annotations.</p> <p>Published in Bombay and circulating widely across India. Significant for same reasons as Series 9 and 10, but in this case addressing an Indian audience. Important also to note that Mani (see article reporting his return to India as diplomat in Spotlight, section in Free Press Journal of Bombay, Series 25) regarded this as the crowning achievement of his involvement in Indonesia. See Diary entries, Series 8, for account of how Mani came to this idea. Note serious fears of famine in India at this time, replicating the devastating 1943 famine.</p>	en_US
