dc.description.abstract	This publication aims not only to expose the work of Carol Rama, but also to challenge the dominant narratives of art history through a work that requires us to undo narratives and reformulate concepts. Almost forgotten by hegemonic historiography and the feminist movement, the work of Rama, stretching over seven decades (1936–2006), constitutes an anti-archive allowing a reconstruction of the avant-garde movements of the twentieth century. Ignored for decades by official history of art discourses, Carol Rama can be considered today to be one of the essential artists for understanding twentieth century production. Through a selection of 120 works and essays by Beatriz Preciado, Anne Dressen and Teresa Grandas, and the contributions of a selection of artists, writers, musicians…, this publication proposes an attempt to recognise and restore a life’s work still unknown but nevertheless slated to become classic.	en_US
