Access is restricted indefinitely. ----- 中国的经济起飞，是令世人震惊的。其中，在90年代到2000年前后，中国大陆的国有中小企业民营化成为中国企业改革的一种重要形式，对于国有中小企业民营化这一改革的成功原因，理论界提出：产权明晰，股权激励，给企业松绑，然而不能解释为什么很多资源条件不错的企业，即使股份化了，进入了市场竞争的领域，仍然缺乏经济效率。 论文的主体从企业家的角度入手，在分析研究企业家权威的三大理论的贡献与不足的基础上，结合河南AL建工集团的实际案例，探讨中国民营企业家是如何伴随着企业自身的发展历程构筑权威的动态递进过程，并通过案例证明涵盖企业发展历程的企业家领导权威三大理论的内在联系和递进关系。提出建立一个过程性的模型，有效的弥补了三个学派静态研究时的角度分野和研究阶段与研究对象的差异，同时也便于与具体的企业实例相联系，从而有助于通过案例实证来完成理论的验证。 In the last three decades, the growth of Chinese economy has amazed the world. Between the 1990's and the early 2000's, the privatization of small and medium government-owned enterprises became one of the most important types of revolution for Chinese enterprises. Some theories proposed that the success came from distinct property ownership, stock ownership encouragement and the reduction of restrictions on enterprises. However, these theories did not explain why many enterprises with outstanding resources failed to improve economic efficiency in competitive markets, even after demutualization. This thesis focuses on a particular entrepreneur as a case study. On the basis of analyzing the contribution and deficiency of the three major theories on authority, and a case .study of Henan AL Construction Group, the thesis explores how an entrepreneur of a privately-:owned company establishes the authority through a dynamic process along with the growth of the enterprise itself. Through the case study, the thesis establishes the sequential connection of the three major theories on entrepreneur leadership and authority. It proposes a process model which bridges the gaps resulted from the different static viewpoints adopted by the three major theories and the different objectives that the theories aim at. Meanwhile, the case study testifies to the model this thesis attempts to establish.
