dc.description.abstract	Knowledge management is becoming more integrated into business processes rather than as a standalone activity. Knowledge workers increasingly collaborate and share knowledge as the process proceeds to create new products and services. The paper proposes the development of a collaborative architecture to define the collaboration and a collaborative infrastructure to support the collaboration. It defines the collaborative architecture in terms of an enterprise social network.
