Modern businesses are servitizing their offerings into product-service system to achieve customized value co-creation and superior customer satisfaction. PSS are evolving to incorporate cyber-physical capabilities to form a CPPSS. It enables real-time sensing, networking, and decision-making to enhance customization, sustainability, flexibility, and profitability. This paper presents a systematic literature review of CPPSS from which basic building blocks and principles are derived for the synthesis of a proposition for a new integrated definition and meta-model of its holistic design process.	en_US
