pubs.rights-statement	Bayside Council is commencing a process to prepare a new Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Development Control Plan (DCP), as well as a new Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS). These documents are to be informed by community engagement and Bayside Council has therefore commissioned University of Technology Sydney (UTS) to prepare a Community Engagement Plan (the Plan). The purpose of this document is to outline the proposed community engagement strategy to inform and guide the preparation of the three policy documents. This Plan will assist Council in engaging with the community and relevant stakeholders during the development of the LSPS, LEP, and DCP.	en_US
