© 2018 IEEE. This panel will bring together women from various engineering disciplines and from different universities to discuss approaches for improving teaching and learning to promote minority groups in STEM degrees. The panel is well represented by women at different stages of their career which includes students and academics. Participants will gain a range of actionable advice on how they can implement strategies at their own institutions.
