To compare the benefits, harm and the atrial high-rate episode (AHRE) detection rate of implantable cardiac monitors against conventional methods (such as electrocardiogram, ambulatory Holter monitors, event monitors and real-time telemetry) in participants with embolic stroke of unknown source.
