dc.description.abstract	The authors regret there was an error in the figures reported in the methodology flow chart for health economic analyses (see Figure 2) in this article. The correct number of citations excluded during the review process was 1239 (unrelated to the topic - 583; not reporting on osteopathic manipulation – 458; not experimental research – 198). In addition, reference #48 in this manuscript has been incorrectly referenced and should appear as a randomised-controlled trial Licciardone et al., 2003 published by the same lead author in 2003. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
