dc.description.abstract	This annual survey of the more significant tribunal and court decisions in Australia in 2016 covers recent developments in the relatively new Fair Work jurisdiction to adjudicate complaints of workplace bullying, practices and processes in enterprise bargaining, some observations on the evolution of standards of civil discourse in industrial negotiations, and clarification of when employers will be held responsible for employees who commit crimes at work. It concludes with a brief note on a recent UK development, making Uber responsible for meeting minimum wage and working time regulations in respect of rideshare drivers.
