This chapter presents a developed model for numerically simulating the flow of self-consolidating engineered cementitious composite (SC-ECC). In this model, the SC-ECC flow was discretized by mortar and interconnecting fiber particles and treated as a non-Newtonian viscous fluid. A mesh-free smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) was used to solve the Lagrangian form of the Navier-Stokes constitutive equations of the SC-ECC flow. Then three standard tests for fresh SC-ECC flow in both 2D and 3D simulation, including the slump flow test, V-funnel, and U-box tests, were modeled to validate the proposed model. The obtained results from these tests were in agreement with the experimental data, thus providing insights into the flow behavior of SC-ECC. Moreover, the orientation and distribution of flexible synthetic fibers could be observed and monitored during their flow.
