This paper proposes a novel fully predictive control FPC for permanent magnet synchronous machine PMSM which adopts the techniques of online parameter identification and position sensorless The FPC comprises a speed outer loop and a current inner loop Online parameter identification with recursive least squares RLS OPI is used to get PMSM s resistance magnetic linkage and inductance Position sensorless with a derivative free disturbance observer DFDO is used to obtain the speed and torque The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control algorithm has a faster response and better dynamic performance in different temperatures
