In order to improve the control precision of the spiral motion of linear rotary motor with E shaped stator at low speed condition a novel high precision spiral motion control approach is presented by adjusting the connection method of the nine phase windings which can make it become a three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor The control system is built adopting model predictive control methods and active disturbance rejection control which can have higher anti disturbance capability
