This paper is the second of a series of investigations into the key success factors for mobile government services (mGovernment) in Australia, Jordan and the United Arab Republic. The case study in this paper concerns a large regional city council in Queensland, Australia. It provides valuable insights into the adoption of mobile government services and applications over the council's wired and wireless network.
