This seminar is Part 3 of Seminar 1 of the 2007 Cosmopolitan Civil Societies Lecture Series. Professor Sam Blay discusses what Civil Societies means as a lawyer. In a legal sense, a cosmopolitan civil society is a society that has law and order. However a lawyer today would not simply contend with understanding cosmopolitan civil societies though the framework of law and order alone.
