Abstract:

The management of the construction industry of China is discussed. After the economic reforms in China, state finance has been replaced by a combination of bank loans, self-raised funds by companies and finance through international ventures. Globalization has also ensured the introduction of an opening tendering system, encouraging competition and efficiency.
