The recommendations address student-generated local content in mLearning using mobile phones; culturally appropriate design guidelines for mobile applications; and managing privacy, personal security, and data management by educational organisations. In addition, connections with learning theory are made which apply to the study of local culture in the Malaysian context at institutions of higher learning	en_US
