This Paper is a case study evaluation of a Pilot Project to develop place-based primary school sustainability curriculum in Sydneys Inner West. The Pilot Project involves four councils, the NSW Department of Education and Communities and three local primary schools. The Project applies to the GreenWay, which is a 4.5km cycling, walking, light rail and urban bush corridor linking the Parramatta River regional cycle way with the Cooks Valley Trail in Sydneys Inner West. The GreenWay Primary Schools Sustainability Program is a significant outcome of the $1,8mil GreenWay Project, funded by the NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change.
