Abstract:

This paper presents an exploratory piece of research conducted to discover financial and business advisory needs of micro and small enterprises in Fiji. It will form the basis for a future larger and more in-depth study to aid in the understanding of key success factors in entrepreneurship in Fiji and possibly the other South Pacific Island nations.
