This paper provides an eploratory modeling of practice in complex systems. It starts with the introduction to complexity theory concepts and its implication for one complex industry which deals with complexity in their processes as wicked problems. The research tries to define principles of this theory be used as guidelines for designing systems with chatoic behaviour, adaptability and self organizing activities. The goal of the research is to extend requirements to identify those parts of a system that are complex and suggest possible solutions such as defining a new lens to investigate the system.
