Nip is a graphic literature review that offers a contemporary approach to reading classic texts. With all the distractions of the digital age, we’ve lost the time and focus to engage with anything longer than 140 characters. Reading has been replaced by email and instagram in the bedtime ritual. It is not so much a lack of desire, but a lack of will. Nip aims to captivate distracted readers by offering bite-size chunks of literature in a highly visual format. The magazine emulates our digital reading habits with visual and textual diversions to deliver content in a familiar way. Nip brings back the pleasure of being lost in a good book.
