We argue that corporate sustainabil ity is facili tated by ' total responsibility management ' , as outlined by Waddock et al. (2002). Waddock et al. 2002 argue that corporate sustainability requires internal corporate governance to move beyond compliance to the holistic approach of 'total responsibil ity management' .	en_US
