Although mixed-modelassembly-lines are already state of the art, the handling of takt time spreads and fluctuating customers’ retrieval behaviours turn out to be complex. This paper presents concepts that bases on approaches of Data Mining and flexible staffing to increase line efficiency of mixedmodel-assembly-lines significantly.
