dc.description.abstract	In academics and industry the use of agile procedures for planning of production systems is a steady upward trend. Besides the potential efficiency improvements new challenges in the predictability of projects arise. The methodology described in this paper increases this by a synchronous collaboration model of all disciplines involved and with the establishment of standardized planning contents with standard times.
