A type II 3-dehydroquinase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis has been crystallized in the presence of 6% polyethyleneglycol 6000. Data from these crystals have been collected to a resolution of 2·2 Å on a rotating anode X-ray source. The space group has been determined as F23 with unit cell dimensions of a = B = c = 127·8 Å. There is one molecule in the asymmetric unit
