随着经济全球化的迅速发展,现代服务业被越来越多的国家重视。节庆业作为现代服务业发展日趋成熟过程中出现的一种新的经济形态,已经成为当今世界上许多国家国民经济发展新的增长点。自20世纪80年代中国改革开放以来,中国经济迅速发展,在此基础上孕育并发展起来的节庆业以年均20%以上的速度增长并逐步壯大,现已经发展成为中国国民经济发展的新亮点。 本学位论文运用宏观经济学、微观经济学、社会学、政治经济学、会展管理学、公关学等理论,系统梳理和分析宁波节庆业的发展轨迹;本论文深入研究宁波国际服装节等个案,进一步探讨节庆业与城市经济社会发展之间的关系,彰显节庆业在加速市场化进程、调整产业结构、推动区域经济发展和对外开放等方面的积极作用;在此基础上,本论文提出适合中国中小城市发展节庆经济的宁波模式,其基本特征是善拓本源、集聚优势、整合节贸、协调发展;本论文还制定节庆名城的指标体系,对宁波节庆经济所取得的成就作出了评价。 Applying theoretical frameworks developed in economics, sociology, political economy and exhibition and convention management, and through a comprehensive case study on the Ningbo International Fashion Festival, this thesis is a systematic research on the development of the festival industry in Ningbo, China. It provides an in-depth analysis on the process how festivals have given impetus to marketisation, optimisation of industrial structure, opening to the outside world and development of regional economy in Ningbo. The thesis also design criteria to assess the achievements of the festival industry in Ningbo and explores the Ningbo Model in the development of festival economy in small and medium size cities in China, including the features such as the strategy to tap into the rich resources of local culture, the integration of comparative advantages, the coordination of festivals and trade promotion, and the balanced development of local industries.
